To place an order, please fill in the order form by clicking the ‘Order Now’ button on any product page within the store.  To place an order for multiple items simply add all of the items (plus finishes/editions of items) you wish to order to the Items field on the order form.

We will contact you by email to confirm your order, give an estimated shipping timescale and the total cost of your order, including shipping to your address for all items within your order.  Some items include the shipping in the price shown in the store for shipping to the USA or UK only and this will be stated on the product page within the store for each item.  However, some areas within countries are classed as ‘remote’ and attract a surcharge from the carrier.  Shipping to other countries or any surcharges will be quoted in your total cost, which will be sent to you by email.  You will only pay the total price as confirmed by email.  Due to the size, weight, shape, fragility and individual bespoke packaging of items, it is generally not possible to pack multiple items into one shipping box (and is less cost to you to ship items in separate boxes).  Multiple item orders can be combined into one shipment booking/consignment of two or more boxes.

All taxes, customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control.

Due to limitations set by our carriers, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

In cases where layaway/payment plans are arranged, this will be on a per customer basis, negotiated by email and a payment schedule arranged.  This can be done after we receive your order and a total price confirmed.  Depending on the length of the payment plan and whether shipping prices increase during that time, the total cost of shipping may increase and will be notified at the time of arranging shipping of your order.  You agree to pay any increase in these costs.  Invoices will be sent on a set date(s) for each payment throughout the payment schedule until the final payment is made (including any increase in shipping costs).

All international payments will be made through Paypal and invoices will be sent to your email address.  For customers in the UK other forms of payment can be arranged, this can be discussed via email or telephone if necessary.  Invoices to UK customers who elect to use an alternative payment method to Paypal will also be sent by email.

All items are hand made to order, once your payment is received in full.  Except in the case of original artworks which are already completed before sale.  Rachel will get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible and appreciates your patience in awaiting delivery of your order.

All Sales are final once Rachel begins work on your item(s).

Items may have a non-refundable deposit payable.  This is due to items being made to order and the high costs associated with making them, to cover the costs of materials, as well as to show a commitment on your part to completing the purchase.

Layaway/payment plans will mean that Rachel will not begin work on your item(s) until it is paid in full.  We will confirm these details with you before requesting any payment.

Rachel does offer commissioned work.  If you are interested in commissioning something, please get in touch and Rachel can discuss your requirements in detail with you.  All commissioned work is quoted for on an individual basis and terms discussed and agreed with the client.

Any personal information we receive will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with any third party except in the course of providing a payment or shipping service to you.  We hate spam and all other internet nasties and will do our utmost to protect any stored data.  The website is SSL certified.
